Job summary

CAHAYA GLOBAL LOGISTICS Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service cum Admin to join our Kota Kemuning team. This full‑time role blends customer service with administrative tasks and serves as the key link between clients and our logistics operations.

You will coordinate shipments, provide status updates, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding or customer service.
• Hands-on experience in import/export operations and customs documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional timely assistance via email, phone and other platforms.
• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments ensuring smooth arrangements and delivery.
• Provide regular shipment status updates and follow up on any issues or delays.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, shipping lines, forwarding agents, customs agents and authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, review and process shipping documents, customs declarations and related logistics documentation.
• Assist with customs declarations and related reporting; monitor LMW declarations and compliance.
• Maintain LMW records and relevant customs documentation.
• Ensure all shipment records and documents comply with customs requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and arrangements to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
