Candidates should have 1–2 years in admin or customer service, preferably in logistics, with excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Team player with a positive, collaborative work style.
• Knowledge of logistics, customs regulations, and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records.
• Assist with coordination of cargo shipments and packing services for timely delivery and customer care.
• Prepare documentation such as invoices, waybills, and customs forms.
• Collaborate with sales to support client relationships and address concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties to support overall business success.
