Job summary

MSV International Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused logistics professional to keep shipments moving and inform customers. The role involves coordinating daily shipments with customers, overseas agents, and carriers, arranging bookings with shipping lines and transport providers, and preparing shipping documentation.

Based in Malaysia with offices in Penang, Selangor, and Johor, you will track shipment progress, provide timely updates, respond to enquiries, and resolve service issues

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good knowledge of import and export processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a supportive team player.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments with customers, overseas agents, and carriers.
