Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia seeks a Customs Clearance Coordinator to handle import/export documentation and liaise with authorities and partners. Experience in customs clearance and proficiency with MS Office are preferred. You will manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance or logistics.
• Proficient with customs systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
• Ensure all customs declarations are accurate and submitted on time.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal stakeholders on clearance matters.
• Verify shipping documents, permits, invoices, packing lists, and related documentation.
• Provide regular updates on shipment clearance status to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.

• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal stakeholders on clearance matters.

• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
