Job summary

You will liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams, verify shipping documents and permits, and provide regular shipment updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Familiarity with customs systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
• Ensure all customs declarations are accurate and submitted within required timelines.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal stakeholders on clearance matters.
• Verify shipping documents, permits, invoices, packing lists, and other related documentation.
• Provide regular updates on shipment clearance status to customers and internal teams.
