Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Shah Alam (Seksyen 23) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor shipments, and ensure records align with invoices.

You will lead a small team, manage inventory with the WMS, and use Microsoft Excel to track performance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.
