Job summary

OpenSys Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to support delivery arrangements, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely movement of goods.

This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates; you will maintain shipping records, use Excel/Word and AutoCount, and develop strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in AutoCount and prior experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative work will be an added advantage.

• Understand and coordinate with movers on delivery plan based on customers' needs.
• Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.
