Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to oversee end-to-end customer order fulfilment and act as the main operational contact to keep delivery pipelines running smoothly.

You will coordinate with regional offices, suppliers, freight partners, and clients; prepare shipping documentation and invoices; manage inquiries; and resolve delivery issues while supporting trade operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in business or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trading environments with knowledge of incoterms.
• Working knowledge of Tier-1 ERP systems or stock management software.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal) with cross-border partners.
• Solid organizational and collaborative problem-solving skills.
