Job summary

PEDELEC (M) SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Logistics & Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and delivery coordination in Klang.

You will handle DOs, invoices, stock records, and basic admin tasks, working with Excel and office software; 1–2 years' experience preferred; forklift experience a plus.

This hands-on role offers growth in a small team with opportunity to learn and contribute to efficient logistics processes.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or administration is preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse activities including receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO), invoices, stock records and other related documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and transport companies for deliveries and collections.
• Perform regular stock checking and assist with stocktaking.
• Update warehouse and inventory records in the system/Excel.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks such as checking invoices, purchase documents and payment-related records.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of warehouse and logistics records.
• Perform other duties related to warehouse and logistics operations as assigned.

About you

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
