Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Planning, Warehouse related discipline.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software
• Familiar with the international freight process and customs declaration and clearance process
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Well spoken & written in three main languages in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring that the supply chain runs efficiently and effectively.
• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and packaging, aiming to reduce overhead while maintaining quality service.
• Coordinate with Warehouse daily stuffing and unstuffing schedule
• Collaborate with business support teams to resolve any issues related to logistics, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition.
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. This includes proper documentation of shipments, customs, and import/export procedures.
• Responsible for assisting dept check, count and tally export shipment quantity.
• Preparing bills and invoices.
