Job summary

Everlasting Base Sdn. Bhd. in Melaka, Malaysia, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare DOs, invoices and packing lists, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will work closely with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing teams, monitor transport performance, track shipments, and compile regular logistics reports to optimize costs and service levels. Previous experience in SPC flooring sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange daily inbound and outbound shipments, including arranging lorries, transporters, and delivery schedules
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and check import/export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents
• Verify shipment quantities and product details before delivery
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading and unloading activities
• Coordinate customer orders with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing departments
• Source and coordinate transportation services and monitor transporter performance
• Check freight and transportation invoices against agreed rates and monitor logistics expenses
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and maintain shipment tracking records

A Logistics Coordinator role responsible for coordinating and managing daily inbound and outbound shipments, import/export documentation, delivery operations, warehouse coordination, and transport management to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities
