Job summary

Everlasting Base Sdn. Bhd., based in Jasin, Melaka, Malaysia, seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to drive sales growth and profitability. You will plan and implement strategies, manage a sales team, and build strong client relationships to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

You will analyze markets, identify opportunities locally and internationally, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and lead negotiations to close deals. Fluent communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience / leadership position in the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales analysis and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Set sales targets and monitor sales performance against company objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new customers and new business opportunities locally and internationally.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries and new markets.
• Generate leads, arrange customer meetings and develop long-term business relationships.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Review and prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts and other commercial conditions while protecting company profitability.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
