Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales management, preferably in flooring or tiles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of flooring/tiles products and specs.
• Experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Proficient in CRM, data analytics, and sales processes.
