Job summary

MGB Sany (M) IBS in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a detail-oriented logistics administrator to support daily supply chain operations. You will input delivery orders in Epicor, maintain delivery and safety records, and assist the Contract Department with reports and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, familiarity with ERP systems, and good English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor) and integrated management systems (IMS).
• Good English or Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• To key in delivery orders (DO) in Epicor.
• Record daily delivery reports and WhatsApp group delivery reports.
• To key in EPICOR GRN matched with PO for third party transporter M3.
• To prepare daily Delivery Reports (lorry time, total m3, driver claims).
• Submit weekly delivery reports to Contract Department.
• Compile acknowledged DO from site and pass to contract department weekly.
• Monthly Driver Claims generated from Epicor and pass to HR with DO copies.
• Record rejected & returned panels from site into replacement records.
• Record & update daily loading & unloading panel times in transit time summary report.
• Weigh incoming lorries.
• Issue PR in Epicor based on lorry repair invoices.
• Fill Leave Forms and apply on behalf of lorry drivers.
• Liaise with site in charge for panel requests.
• Check panel transfer from production line to yard.
• Prepare documentation for safety and environmental audits.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

• Responsible for the overall supply chain management
• To maintain records related to safety checks, environmental monitoring and compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• To key in delivery order (DO) in EPICOR system.
• Record daily delivery report and WhatsApp daily delivery report in group
• To key in EPICOR GRN matched with PO for third party transporter M3.
• To prepare daily Delivery Report (to record lorry time monitoring, total m3, total delivery& driver claim record)
• Submit weekly delivery report to Contract Department

• Monthly Driver Claim generated from Epicor system and pass to HR monthly along with copy of DO

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field
• ERP System
• Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Preferably min 1 year(s) of working experience or fresh graduate in related fields
• Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer Service, Logistic Management, Purchasing, Material Planner, Administration & Secretarial.
