Job summary

ITP Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations in Malaysia. You will plan transportation, select carriers, negotiate rates, and monitor costs while ensuring timely deliveries and high service levels.

The role requires a degree or diploma in SCM or related fields, at least 2 years of experience, and familiarity with AutoCount. Multilingual communication and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Familiar with AutoCount software.
• Familiar with international freight, customs declaration and clearance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Well spoken and written in three main languages in Malaysia.

Managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring that the supply chain runs efficiently and effectively.

Plan and coordinate transportation of goods, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and packaging, aiming to reduce overhead while maintaining quality service.

Coordinate with Warehouse daily stuffing and unstuffing schedule

Collaborate with business support teams to resolve any issues related to logistics, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition.

Ensure that all logistics activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. This includes proper documentation of shipments, customs, and import/export procedures.

Responsible for assisting dept check, count and tally export shipment quantity.

Preparing bills and invoices.

REQUIREMENT

Requires Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Planning, Warehouse related discipline.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software

Familiar with the international freight process and customs declaration and clearance process

Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Well Spoken & written in three main languages in Malaysia.
