Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to coordinate and manage all logistics, import/export, customs, shipping and warehouse activities in a manufacturing setting.

You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards where applicable, and collaborate with multiple teams to streamline operations. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with China partners.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, customs or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local and overseas customs procedures, import/export documentation and international shipping practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics, import/export, customs, shipping and warehouse-related activities.
• Ensure activities comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
