Job summary

XINQUAN MALAYSIA AUTOMOTIVE TRIM SYSTEMS SDN BHD is hiring in Malaysia for a warehouse role that supports the warehouse manager in developing and optimizing SOPs and logistics routes. You will assist with layout planning and oversee staff to ensure SOP compliance and daily performance reviews.

You will also engage in packaging design, document submission, and reporting of warehouse problems with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management within the automotive and auto parts industry.
• Fluent in English; Chinese communication ability preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PPT.

Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse manager in developing and optimizing warehouse SOPs.
• Responsible for warehouse layout planning (visual management) and logistics route optimization.
• Supervise warehouse staff to comply with SOPs and conduct daily performance assessments.
• Handle packaging design, customer and internal reviews, and related document submission.
• Document warehouse problems, propose corrective guidance, and monitor improvements.
• Coordinate pre-launch work and communicate latest internal information.
• Maintain and optimize warehouse automation equipment and report ERP system issues.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Responsible for warehouse layout planning (visual management), formulation and optimization of logistics routes.

Supervise warehouse staff to comply with SOPs and conduct daily performance assessments.

Responsible for packaging design, customer and internal reviews and relevant document submission.

Responsible for documenting warehouse problems and exceptions, proposing corrective guidance suggestions and monitoring improvement execution.

Coordinate pre-launch work and communicate the latest internal information.

Responsible for maintenance and optimization of warehouse automation equipment, as well as handling and reporting ERP system issues.

Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related technical field
• More than 3 years of experience in overall warehouse management within the automobile and auto parts industry.
• Fluent in English, Chinese communication ability is preferred.
• Proficient in using office software including Excel, Word and PPT

Must be willing to attend a 3-6 months overseas training program.
