Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an organized Accounts/Logistics Administrator to support invoicing, shipping coordination, and data entry. You will issue invoices, arrange transportation, monitor delivery status, and respond to client invoicing queries.

You will also input data into accounting software and report activity to upper management, ensuring timely and accurate financial and shipping records.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: tracking, preparing, reviewing and issuing invoices
• Logistics: arrange transportation and shipping coordination
• Customer service: follow up on shipment status and respond to invoicing queries
• Data entry: enter data into accounting software
