Job summary

Request monthly ocean freight quotations from shipping agents, compare rates and identify the most competitive options.
Arrange export shipment bookings with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
Monitor shipment schedules, container bookings, and cargo loading arrangements to ensure timely shipment execution.
Monitor and coordinate import and export shipment handling by the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate job planning with the Production Planner.
Coordinate shipment arrangements and documentation related to duty exemption and duty drawback.
Team Supervision: Oversee the logistics team and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
