• Coordinate with multiple courier and logistics service providers.
• Reconcile courier bills and verify charges against internal records.
• Follow up on discrepancies, billing issues and payment matters.
• Ensure courier/service payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Work with high-volume logistics data and transactions.
• Support logistics backend processes including oversize shipments, measurements, relabelling, barcodes and cross-border deliveries.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
