Job summary

DERMYPACK PLASTIC is seeking a Logistics Executive in Malaysia to oversee supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory control and warehousing. You will coordinate the full order cycle and ensure on-time, cost-effective product delivery, connecting suppliers, warehouses, and customers for maximum efficiency.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain management, strong vendor relations, and a track record of optimizing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipment routes and freight carriers.

A Logistics Executive oversees supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory control, and warehousing. They coordinate the full order cycle, manage vendor relationships, and ensure on-time, cost-effective product delivery. This role connects suppliers, warehouses, and customers to maximize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Transport: Plan and coordinate shipment routes, select freight carriers, and track deliveries to minimize costs and transit times.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, track goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and adjust for discrepancies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Vendor & Customer Relations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and carriers. Resolve delivery or stock issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation: Manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and import/export manifests. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to trade laws.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and optimize supply chain processes
