Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics Operations to design and implement strategies optimizing warehouse, inventory, and transport processes for cost efficiency and service quality.

You will lead daily warehousing and transportation activities, manage a team, analyze KPIs, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance to align operations with business goals.

• Manage and lead a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a productive and motivated work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies within the logistics and transportation functions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems through innovation and the adoption of best practices.
