Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Selangor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure accurate inventory control with proper documentation. You will coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to enable smooth operations.

You will assist in manpower planning, supervise warehouse staff, and continually improve processes and SOPs to boost productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; good communication skills.

About you

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.

Technically proficient and computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
