TaskUs in Malaysia seeks a Live Sales agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving ecommerce revenue for the client. You will assist customers in purchasing products online, walk them through purchases, or build a custom cart and share the purchase link.

You will also create sales leads in CRM when online purchases aren't possible and triage billing inquiries, directing customers to the correct channels.

Qualifications

• Understanding of technology industry.
• Call center experience.
• Experience in CRM tools.
• Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience.
• Direct Cloud PBX product selling experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of solution-selling techniques.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase.
• Build a custom cart and sending the purchase link to the customer.
• When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM for sales team.
• Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels.
