TaskUs in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Teammate to deliver world-class service across phone, email and live chat. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases while maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to client guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, typing speed, and technical familiarity with Windows, macOS, Office, and Google apps, with a culture that values People First and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone, email and live chat support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Windows, macOS, Office and Google apps.
• Typing speed: 30 WPM for voice, 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide accurate responses across channels.
• Respond to inquiries via email and live chat; filter content from client sites.
• Perform data gathering and research; provide basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; escalate priority issues as needed.
• Document all customer interactions according to SOPs; protect login/password confidentiality.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and meet client KPIs; participate in trainings and cross-functional work.
