Job summary

TaskUs in Malaysia seeks a Customer Service Representative to drive ecommerce sales and support customers through online purchasing. You will guide customers through the checkout, build custom carts, and send purchase links to close deals.

In addition, you will create sales leads in the CRM for the sales team and triage billing inquiries, directing customers to the proper channels as needed. Prior call center and CRM usage are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling SaaS/Cloud/Platform solutions.
• Direct Cloud PBX product selling experience.
• Knowledge of solution-selling techniques.
