TaskUs is hiring a Customer Support Teammate in Malaysia to deliver world-class service across phone, email and live chat. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues with accuracy and courtesy, and uphold quality guidelines on every contact.

Ideal candidates bring exceptional verbal and written communication, strong problem solving, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, MS Office and Google apps. A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience in customer service environments is a plus
• Able to work cyclical schedules and handle multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
• Proficient with Windows OS, macOS, MS Office and Google apps

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat
• Filter content from client websites
• Perform data and research tasks
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Document interactions according to SOPs
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
