Job summary

Zuellig Pharma seeks an Operations/Warehouse Coordinator to monitor daily order fulfilment, ensure timely picking, packing and invoicing per SOP and ISO/GMP standards. You will coordinate with SAP and Dematic teams to resolve system issues and drive accuracy in inventory.

You will plan delivery waves, supervise staff performance, maintain 5S, and support KPI targets while upholding safety and compliance across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Diploma / Degree preferable in Operation / Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in warehouse operation & inventor
• Leadership and team management
• SAP knowledge

Responsibilities

• To plan and release order wave as per delivery schedule and strictly follow planned delivery date.
• Work closely with co-workers to ensure all the orders being picked, packed and hand over timely to dispatch team for onward delivery arrangement.
• Partial completed orders to be check and monitored on daily basis without any delay.
• To ensure accuracy of inventory in system versus physical are high.
• Liaise with facility, SAP and Dematic teams for system/technical issues.
• To be responsible on daily picking confirmation target being achieved.
• Liaise with CKAM and CSU team on order processing schedules especially on urgent and lifesaving orders being released and invoice timely.
• To monitor stock on hand and investigate root cause of stock discrepancy with corrective action.
• Closely monitor attendance of coworkers and picking performance.
• Update superior on issues or challenges.
• Work with line leader, team leader and managers to ensure daily activities are completed without delay.
• Deliver agreed KPIs.
• Ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned when required.
