Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch. You will ensure accurate inventory and compliant processes.

Experience supervising warehouse operators and coordinating activity.
Familiarity with inventory management systems like SAP / EWM.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging and dispatch.
Ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely, accurate processing.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP / EWM.
Lead cycle count activities, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
Supervise warehouse operators including attendance, task allocation, and performance.
Liaise with Production, Order Desk, Procurement, and Quality teams for material availability and priorities.
Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes including layout, storage, and flow.
Ensure all activities comply with policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
Maintain documentation including GR, DN, stock adjustments, and inspection records.
