Job summary

Ranpak in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, inventory control, and shipping activities. You will use SAP S4/HANA EWM to manage stock movements and support production with timely materials, while ensuring 5S compliance and safety across the team.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, forklift certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in warehouse management, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations & shipping.
• Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA EWM for warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Experience in container stuffing/unstuffing and 5S implementation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, dispatching.
• Lead and supervise warehouse associates according to LMW requirements.
• Manage inventory using SAP S4/HANA EWM; ensure accurate stock movements.
• Coordinate with production for material availability and replenishment.
• Maintain inbound/outbound documentation and filing.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate material handlers; provide feedback.
• Monitor waste management and segregation per LMW requirements.
• Supervise container stuffing/unstuffing; optimize space and costs.
• Ensure 5S compliance; conduct regular audits and labeling for traceability.
• Perform cycle counts; minimize variances and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transport for timely delivery.
• Enforce safety measures; ensure PPE use and forklift license validity.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
