Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the Return section operations, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements. You will work under the Leaders/Manager to maintain stock integrity and safety while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The role requires 1-3 years in warehousing, with exposure to SAP and WMS, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Advantage: understanding of customer deliverables and impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
• Good planning skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Multitasking and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check Return stock and verify against supplier documents; photograph discrepancies.
• Prepare Returned Quality Checklist and Return Summary List; raise Product Deviation Notices for discrepancies.
• Restage cartons according to pack specs and paste carton labels.
• Update stock received into SAP and communicate with leaders on issues.
• Support emails and obtain client approval when needed.
• Prepare scraping notes and stock for destruction; prepare goods for RTP/INT if required.
• Keep leaders informed of problems and focus on right first time; ensure safety of people, stocks, and equipment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; participate in cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Maintain 5S and good housekeeping; perform other duties as assigned.
