Job summary

MULTIBAY DEVELOPMENT Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Leasing Executive to assist in managing all leasing and tenancy matters for commercial properties in Kuala Lumpur. You will build and maintain relationships with corporate tenants and property agents, and prepare marketing materials for properties.

You will conduct site inspections, gather technical information for prospective tenants, negotiate terms, and work with the building management team to keep properties well maintained and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field as stated.
• Minimum 3 years' experience for commercial buildings.
• Fresh graduates may apply for Executive level.
• Knowledge of current leasing laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all leasing and tenancy matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate tenants and property agents.
• Prepare and update marketing material for respective properties.
• Work with building management team to ensure properties are maintained and tenantable.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or Real Estate Management
