Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking candidates for executive and managerial leasing roles to understand market demand and develop leasing plans for office and industrial properties within our asset portfolio, while driving occupancy and revenue growth.

You will negotiate lease agreements, manage tenancy liaison, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on leasing targets. A strong background in industrial leasing and market knowledge in Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office, commercial, or industrial leasing.
• A proven track record in industrial leasing (warehouses, logistics hubs, factories, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing leasing operations across multiple assets or buildings is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian property market.

• Understand market demand, conduct market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the office and industrial properties within the company’s asset portfolio.
• Implement strategies for the leasing department to achieve the leasing targets and occupancy goals.
• Build rapport with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and others.
