Job summary

UPV ASSET MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Leasing Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage the end-to-end leasing experience—from pre-qualification and viewing coordination to post-tour follow-up.

You will tailor experiences for corporate clients by presenting curated office spaces and guiding qualified prospects toward the next step. You should have a Diploma/Degree in business-related fields and strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage senior decision-makers

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in property leasing or corporate sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify client information before arranging a viewing and understand client needs.
• Identify and classify prospects into A-Class, B-Class, C-Class and D-Class categories.
• Coordinate with the Leasing Manager for client qualification and viewing approval.
• Conduct professional and personalised 90-minute Experience Tours.
• Prepare the viewing route, selected units and presentation materials in advance.
• Present no more than 2-3 suitable units based on the client's requirements.
• Introduce the property's positioning, brand value, facilities and business environment.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
• Conduct business discussions to understand usage requirements, decision-making process, move-in timeline and potential customisation needs.
• Complete the internal tour report within 2 hours after each viewing.

Job description

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Leasing Executive to manage the complete leasing experience from client pre-qualification and appointment coordination to property viewing, business discussion and post-tour follow-up. The role is not limited to showing office units. The Leasing Executive is responsible for delivering a curated Experience Tour, understanding each client's business requirements, recommending suitable spaces and guiding qualified prospects towards the next stage of leasing.

Key responsibilities

Collect and verify client information before arranging a viewing; understand the client's company profile, industry, decision-maker, team size, budget, space requirements and expected move-in date

Identify and classify prospects into A-Class, B-Class, C-Class and D-Class clients

Coordinate with the Leasing Manager for client qualification and viewing approval

Conduct professional and personalised 90-minute Experience Tours

Prepare the viewing route, selected units and presentation materials in advance

Present no more than 2-3 suitable units based on the client's requirements

About you

Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Marketing, Property Management or related fields

Experience in property leasing, real estate, hospitality, luxury service, corporate sales or client relationship management is preferred

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and strong service mindset

Able to communicate confidently with corporate clients, senior decision-makers and business owners

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to work closely with internal teams and external brokers

Mandarin and English communication skills would be an advantage
