Job summary

AXIS REIT MANAGERS BERHAD is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the commercial and industrial leasing activities in Malaysia. You will negotiate leases, grow and manage the leasing portfolio, and analyse market trends to optimise property performance.

collaborating with the asset management team and preparing regular leasing reports for senior management, while ensuring excellent tenant service and strong stakeholder engagement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial and industrial real estate leasing role
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven track record of successfully growing and managing a leasing portfolio
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Degree in Real Estate, Business or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of the commercial property market in Malaysia

Responsibilities
