Job summary

CHJ Property Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Leasing Executive in Kedah to identify and secure tenants in line with the approved tenant mix strategy. You will lead lease negotiations, prepare leasing proposals, and foster strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

You will monitor retail market dynamics, coordinate tenant fit-outs and store openings with internal teams, and track leasing performance against targets while assisting renewal negotiations and tenant retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of retail market dynamics
• Results-driven with strong business acumen
