Job summary

Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Leasing Administrator to identify potential tenants, manage site viewings, and guide lease negotiations for our shopping mall properties. You will handle the end-to-end leasing process, from contract preparation to tenant onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with tenants.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate with 2–3 years of experience in leasing documentation and tenant management,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration of leasing documentations and handling tenants in shopping malls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge in commercial property industry and regulations in Malaysia would be an added advantage
