Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Executive role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Leasing Executive will manage the end-to-end leasing process for commercial and residential properties, including prospecting for tenants, conducting property viewings, and responding to tenancy inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating lease renewals, ensuring accurate lease administration, and maintaining up-to-date leasing records. The role also involves conducting market research, monitoring competitive developments, and providing recommendations on rental rates and leasing strategies. The Leasing Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and property management teams to achieve occupancy targets and deliver a professional, client-focused leasing experience.
