Job summary

Join Mahajaya Berhad as a Leasing Executive to drive leasing activities and manage tenancy operations. You will source potential tenants, negotiate rental terms, and maintain tenant relationships across our property portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience in leasing and property management. You will also benefit from a supportive work environment with various training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in leasing, tenancy administration, or property management.
• Familiar with Malaysian tenancy laws and leasing processes.
• Experience with corporate tenants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source potential tenants through networks and online platforms.
• Negotiate rental terms and coordinate lease agreements.
• Prepare tenancy documents including agreements and invoices.
• Ensure tenant files are organized and accessible.
• Attend to tenant queries and maintain positive relationships.
