Job summary

Capitaland Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a leasing administrator to manage tenancy agreements, documentation and reporting. The role focuses on accurate, timely, and compliant lease execution and records management.

You will liaise with Leasing, Legal and tenants, prepare and review tenancy documents, maintain filing systems, and generate reports on tenancy activity. A diploma or degree and 1-2 years in leasing administration are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related fields.

Responsibilities
