Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business Admin, Marketing, Property Management, or in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in leasing, tenancy administration, or related industry.
Own transport and willingness to travel occasionally.
Experience in market intelligence, rental benchmarking, and developing leasing strategies for different unit typologies.
Positive mindset, proactive, able to work in a team or independently.
Strong lease structuring, renewals, and tenant mix planning experience for commercial assets.

Responsibilities

Provide tenancy admin support and coordination.
Review all leasing documentation.
Update, upkeep, and generate tenancy documents (LOO and Tenancy Agreements) and maintain filing.
Track all legal documentation and renewals.
Ensure Tenancy Agreements (TA) are executed, stamped, and delivered.
Update tenancy details in the property management system accurately.
Administer POS integration with centres and tenant rental collection; generate tenant sales reports.
Liaise with Finance on TA documents and payments.
Monitor monthly rental collections and ensure timely payments.
Prepare original receipts for billing by the executive.
