CapitaLand Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang invites applications for a Leasing Analyst/Officer who will monitor tenant performance and support lease renewals and occupancy strategies. You will engage with prospective tenants, coordinate onboarding, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Estate Management, plus 2 years in property leasing. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years' experience in property sales/leasing of retail lots.
• Strong interest in shopping mall business; good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze the sales performance of tenants to assess impact of leasing strategies.
• Track renewals, lease expiry, renewals, tenants-at-risk and vacancies; propose action plans to address underperforming tenants.
• Engage with potential tenants and execute leasing strategies to improve occupancy.
• Facilitate onboarding of new tenants, coordinating move-ins and addressing initial inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and act as liaison for leasing matters; conduct market visits to stay informed about trends.
