Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, utensils, and tableware, placing orders as necessary.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas per local health regulations.
• Schedule and assign duties to stewarding staff, monitor performance and adherence to protocols.
• Train new stewarding employees on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operation and address any issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify repair needs and coordinate maintenance.
• Organize cleaning and maintenance of large kitchen equipment to meet operational and health standards.
