Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to manage a portfolio of account relationships, acquire new clients, and provide tailored financial solutions in line with credit policies. You will collaborate with product partners to meet client needs and drive revenue while maintaining asset quality through proactive monitoring and periodic reviews.

The role requires at least 5 years in commercial lending or sales, a Finance or Economics degree, and credit writing

Qualifications

• Credit writing skills (added advantage).
• Proven ability in prospecting and initiating client conversations.
• Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Prospecting: Identifying and contacting prospects; evaluating prospects' financing needs; preparing and following up of credit approvals.
• Account Management: Monitoring utilization; processing ad-hoc requests; reviewing facilities; cross-selling opportunities with customers.
• Credit writing: Write credit applications for new acquisitions and renewals; ensure timely review of existing accounts.
• Governance: Ensure asset quality and adherence to lending policies; provide timely management reports to HO; support training of subordinates if any.
