Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years in banking with Trade Finance, FX & Lending.
• Knowledge of FX, Trade Finance and client relationships.
• Understanding of financial accounting and trade services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new account relationships in Commercial loans, deposits and fee income.
• Manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking accounts to grow funded and non-funded income.
• Provide value-added banking advice and tailored financial solutions to optimize revenue.
• Write credit applications for new accounts and review existing ones timely.
• Ensure asset quality by staying ahead on market intelligence for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with product partners (Trade Services, HL Markets, D&L) to meet client needs.
• Ensure facilities comply with lending policies and address key risks before submission.
• Maintain asset quality and monitor utilization to increase revenue.
• Close follow-through with clients on facilities and drawdown.
• Prospect accounts, evaluate financing needs, process credit applications for Wholesale Credit.
• Monitor usage, handle ad-hoc requests, and process additional facilities.
• Engage in cross-selling, meet KRAs, and provide guidance to subordinates if any.
