Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Contract and vendor management expertise.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Maintenance: assist planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure critical systems operate with minimal downtime.
• Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor work orders, service requests, and completion timelines.
• Ensure asset reliability and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize operational disruption.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines for optimal performance and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and EHS policies.
• Coordinate with engineering and IE teams for expansions or modifications.
