Job summary
Ansell Global Trading Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Melaka seeks a Maintenance Lead to head shift technicians and drive reliable production equipment. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while driving continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
This role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to collaborate with production, quality, and OT teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience leading maintenance technicians or maintenance teams.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shift technicians and PM technicians in daily maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance resources, manpower allocation, and work prioritization to support production requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs to ensure plant reliability targets.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor execution of preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for major equipment breakdowns and drive reliability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, quality, environmental, and engineering standards.
