The role focuses on scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and driving improvement projects to boost yield and reliability. The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic fields, with hands-on maintenance experience and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 6 years' experience in equipment maintenance.
• 2-3 years working experience in equipment maintenance; project leader experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form.
• PLC, HMI, robotic knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Equipment Technicians to perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Develop and execute new maintenance breakthroughs to solve machine issues.
• Learn and develop technical know-how to become an expert.
• Develop cost-effective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in new equipment setup and qualifications.
• Train and certify technicians and junior engineers.
• Drive improvement projects and lead a team of technicians.
• Generate ideas for yield improvements.
