Job summary

SPC Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across our production lines in Malaysia. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety compliance while optimizing uptime.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering, at least 2 years in a related field, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Positive thinking, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Solving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues on various production.
• Trouble shooting plant machinery and equipment’s breakdown.
• Assist in the setup of machinery, mold equipment’s and cranes systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Oversees the day to day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
