Job summary

TF-AMD Penang is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the Assembly Engineering machinery and line equipment. You will oversee MOL/EOL devices such as Dispenser, Reflow Oven, and related tooling to support production targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 5 years of industrial experience, including 2 years in equipment development or maintenance. Relocation to Batu Kawan/Bayan Lepas may be needed.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma and major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Language: Basic English reading and writing ability.
Experience: At least 5 years’ industrial experience with 2 years equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the Assembly Engineering machinery and related equipment.
Oversee MOL/EOL devices (Dispenser, Reflow Oven, Lid/Stiffener Attach, Ball Mount, Indium Attach, Fluxer).
Perform PM / CAL of production equipment and ensure uptime.
Provide technical support to resolve equipment and hardware issues.
Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance for operators and technicians.
Ensure compliance with 5S, quality, EHS and discipline.
